As a guest at Lake Erie Manor, you have access to multiple rooms to enjoy. The games room and the swim spa are our two favorite area’s in the home. During the winter months the wood fireplace in the timber frame room will be running, it’s a great place to sit and enjoy the view and read a book. The games room has scenic views of the country side, a propane fireplace, various games and a 55″ TV with Netflix, Prime and IPTV to enjoy. If you need to do work, the office has a desk, extra monitors and a printer you can use. For those wising to get in a workout, you can use the elliptical. The office can be converted to hold 3 queen air mattresses and the Queen Adjustable Bedroom can have an additional queen air mattress setup – allowing the house to sleep up to 20 people.

Gina and John were great hosts. I can see the labour of love throughout the house. The rustic and old charm of the house made it so homely and peaceful. All the rooms were well stocked with toiletries. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything we needed for our large cooking.Gina and John had provided us with a map of all the nearest facilities and attractions. Grocery run was just 12mins away at Cayuga county. There is a beach 20 mins from the place at James Allan Provincial Park but parking was limited and the beach wasn’t as great. Fortunately, with a great hot tub in the back deck, we didn’t miss the beach. The back deck also had a patio with gas fireplace and mosquito netting. We spent most of the time relaxing on the back yard patio and hot tub.
The best was being able to watch the run-rise and sun-set right from the living room. We had great fun gathering around the bonfire while star gazing.

You must visit this place! We had a great time. The swim spa is incredible. If you need anything Gina responds right away and comes to the rescue! We were a big group and we didn’t even need to grab towels or linen, all that is provided for you. Thanks you again and can’t wait to visit again.

Gina’s place is the perfect getaway for someone looking for a lot of space for a lot of people in beautiful huge farm field.
It located only 1.5 hour away from Toronto which is perfect when it’s the last day and need to drive home!
Gina was very accommodating to us and the space was big enough to tire out five toddlers as well.
The swim spa is also perfect for those hot days since it’s easy to just lay back and relax with a nice cold drink.
All in all – we had 19 adults and 6 kids and we each had a wonderful time and had plenty of space to relax and play.

Gina’s home was amazing! Clean, spacious, and so unique.
The land the home sits on is absolutely breathtaking, especially on the patio. Went with a group of 16 close friends, and everyone was blown away at the amenities, land, and the Swim Spa! Everyone was able to get in and enjoy the time inside, comfortably!
I would highly recommend for a fantastic escape.

A wonderful place to stay, a beautiful property and amazing hosts! Everything was clean, there is so much space and sitting areas, and breakfast was DELICIOUS. Multiple rooms in the home and operating separate from the Hosts quarters in the home, they allow you the privacy of an air bnb, with all the assistance and security of a bed and breakfast. Gina and John are amazing hosts, they are so responsive and willing to help. We needed somewhere to stay for a wedding in the Area, and Gina was able to accommodate an early check in, and assisted us with picking up our car from the venue when we noticed we left the keys to the second car in the car at the venue. They are so hospitable and eager to provide a great stay for their guests. Will absolutely return if we find ourselves in the area again!

The breakfast was generous and everything was served to our liking and when we requested it. The location served our needs as we stayed there after having picked up our puppy nearby. The setting was picturesque and the air was fresh and the skies were clear. The Manor was spotlessly clean and totally up to date. With all the large patio doors and windows, the place was light and bright.
There isn’t anything that we didn’t like. John and Gina are the consummate hosts. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and then treated like family for the rest of our stay. The Manor is well equipped even if it’s just for overnight or, and even better, a long term stay. My husband and I thought that it would be the perfect venue for weddings, family reunions, Christmas and summer holidays.
